walmart and vizio. let me get you into the numbers as far as the sales component for walmart. u.s. sales coming in 117.64 billion. u.s. sales jumping 3.4%, 3.4%, and sam's club, strong performance, 21.85 billion as far as sam's club goes. international sales for walmart, 17.6% is the jump for walmart sales but again, it is the double beat here that really the board has completely approved, unanimously approved the transaction for vizio. and they say it will be slightly dilutive to earnings per share coming up. but again, this is the big news coming out as far as vizio goes. going back to what we're looking for for walmart, the dividend increase is good news. the forecast and the commentary about the consumer really matters when it comes to walmart. and basically right now they're pushing out the numbers as far as vizio goes. comp sales, if you take you out fuel, looks like that was pretty strong, 4%. but those are kind of the stronger headlines here from walmart. i'm going to dig into more of the consum
