i want to bring in cnn supreme court reporter ariane de vogue to walk us through what happens in theof americans are watching this wondering what it means for them. >> pamela, on the surface, this was a big win for the trump administration. this judge gave them more than they even asked for. he struck down the individual mandate, but then he said the whole rest of the law must fall. he basically said back in 2012, you remember chief justice john roberts, he upheld the law under the taxing power, and then in 2017, congress got rid of that tax penalty. so the judge looked at it and said you have gotten rid of the underpinning, the legal underpinning of the law. that's what the supreme court used to uphold it, and he said the whole thing is going to fall. that's the important part, pamela, right? because we're not talking about just the individual mandate anymore. we're talking about a law that most americans now have gotten used to. and we're talking about issues like cutbacks in medicaid and medicare and provisions having to do with people with pre-existing provisions. all of that, if

. >> daniel goldman, the new talking point that's in vogue and cities serviced by amtrak on the east coast is this. the 20 or so memos, sentencing documents, charges, that's going to be the mueller report. it will be told in chapters, and not a la ken starr, a bound book that is distributed to the media at a d.c. press conference. what say you to that? >> well, i think there is going to be more indictments -- >> and that would be part of it, too. >> right. and so robert mueller has demonstrated that he -- his indictments are lengthy and detailed, and perhaps include information and evidence that's not necessary to support the charges, but he takes the opportunity to present a narrative. and so if roger stone is indicted or jerome corsi is even indicted, particularly roger stone if they're really looking at him for collusion, which it seems they are, they are going to paint a broad brush in explaining the evidence. you'll have that. >>> in terms of the report, we can expect it to address obstruction of justice for sure because that's really focused on the president almost singularly.
