vonnie: all right. just on turkey alone, because obviously we saw the mayoral election over the weekend, and the same result, how investable is turkey right now? morgan: when we study emerging markets after crises like what turkey has gone through, typically you see a 50% to 75% return on equity's a two-year horizon. the clock started on that last year when turkey experienced a big correction in exits exchange rate -- in its exchange rate. investors are worried about the ongoing uncertainty about domestic politics. now that we are past this election, we don't have another until 2023, so the government can pursue more coherent policies consistent with interest rates coming down in the stable balance of payments. that would be great for turkish assets. the more cautious approach would be to say, wait a second. in the course of the last five years, turkey has become much more fragile and vulnerable to shocks like oil prices or higher interest rates, so you may not see the kind of recovery in turkish assets
