council. i'm a journeyman in the trades and we know it is great the amount of work done both in the community and the fact people were getting living and prevailing wages to build this wonderful center. it was convergence of good things happening and i know those resources for working to make sure that micro contractors and all contractors get full crack at works that are done throughout the entire puc, not just 1550 evans are involved in this stuff and again, thank you for the clarification....
