paul wagner, fox5 local >> meantime tonight a southeast d.c.s he killed three women and two children in a drunk driving crash in oxon hill found out his punishment today. a judge sentenced kenneth kelly to 50 years in prison. he was supposed to be sentenced last month but he didn't show up. police tacked on another 25 days in prison for that offense. kelly pleaded guilty last night to charges related to that 2014 crash. he does admit he was speeding when he rear-ended a car stopped at a red light. four people in the car were killed along with a passenger inside kelly's car. >> two weeks after a federal judge stunned our region by throwing out the life sentences of convicted sniper lee boyd malvo virginia's attorney general is responding. mark herring says he'll appeal the judge's ruling. at issue is malvo could get a life sentence thi since had a ha mi eight years ago after malvo was sentenced. malvo is 32 years old now. >> well, some people are estimating hundreds of thousands of people will be celebrating gay pride in the district this weeken
