let's get right over to fox5's paul wagner who is live with this story.at 1100l street northwest. we're at 11th and l northwest. what we understand from d.c. fire and ems the secret service called to say in the thigh. they didn't need the d.c. police department. they were going to handling it, but all they needed was an ambulance to transport someone to the hospital. let's show you a little bit of video that we shot earlier today. from our understanding this person was not taken to a trauma center, but was taken to a nearby hotel again shot in the thigh. we do not know at this point who this person is, whether this was an accidental shooting, but the secret service is investigating at this point. we know that inside this building the directly says it is the department of justice civil rights division. that's what's on the directory. however, when you go onto the secret service website it says it is the field office. but there's nothing independent side to indicate that is what is in this building . there is a number of officers coming from the building. w
