this is maryland woods court in waldorf. you can see we have a few tire tracks through the snow but that's about it. it does not look like much in the way of plowing here. i would say we've got about 5 maybe a little bit -- 5 5 1/2 inches of snow here. it is light and fluffy. it gives away when you brush it off your car pretty easily. very slippery out there on the roads. especially the neighborhood roads. take a look at this video. it's a car we encountered a little while ago. actually in a parking lot. all though a very slick parking lot. they were just spinning wheels. they had just gotten some gas there and they were trying to get out. they were spinning wheels. so very very slippery conditions throughout. a little while ago we talked to a guy in a heavy commercial truck. he said even with all of that weight that huge truck of his he was having problems. >> i have a big rig about 37,000 pounds driving. i'm all over the road. >> reporter: so very very difficult conditions out there. the crews are out but i'll tell you we
