i think having a liveable, walkable city is critical that we have those measures put in place. and i think that is something that we can't delay on, because every year we have senseless deaths due to pedestrian safety issues and it doesn't make any sense. it's the easiest thing to work on. so i hope that we get on that education campaign right away. >> i appreciate your answer. thank you very much. we're going to have public comment at this point for the item.
