walnut creek police. they're looking for people who used a starbucks restroom.after a man is accused of video taping people in that bathroom. the starbucks is not too far from south main. debora villalon is there tonight with how the man did it and how he was caught. debora. >> reporter: it's a pretty disturbing case. police say they know of 13 victims so far. people recorded without their knowledge in the restroom at this star bucks in a busy shopping district. here's the man under arrest. he's 34-year-old jacob turner of benitia. he was arrested at home today and evidence was seized that could reveal more victims. walnut creek police say turner used a flip video camera a little smaller than an iphone to secretly record an hour of restroom footage. that last one just the day before yesterday. the detective investigating the case tells me turner affixed the camera under the sink where it wasn't noticeable at all. the first time it came to light in february a customer found the camera and turned it in but it went straight into lost and found without anybody check
