fleetwood below the mark at 31, 33 for nazareth and walnut port, white hall at 34 degrees. the westerly winds, not northwesterly but still getting a little push which is why it looks like we will see some flurries for parts of the lehigh valley. likely north ham lehigh county starting right now and then pausing this around noon. notice we're starting to see light blues and some whites there. again, this is not going to be a whiteout but i want to mention that roads, some reports of black ice up there. keep in mind a little bit more slick up there just because temperatures are a little closer to the freezing mark. any liquid from yesterday of course will freeze over. tracking the light flurries for this afternoon. otherwise for the most part remaining high and dry. so tomorrow, temperatures the last saturday of the year, seeing mainly upper 30s to low 40s. redding 42 degrees. notice we're seeing partly cloudy skies. by tomorrow night we will see mostly cloudy skies and conditions again will be mainly in the low 40s. phoenixville, 41 is your expected high temperature. newtown

allentown is 27. 25 in whitehall and bath. 24 in walnut port. 25 in easton.y've got to go up a long way for everything to be just melting when that snow falls because it is going to snow in parts of the area. you can see it moving straight to the east. it's not a huge storm. it's moving fast, so there's a limited time period here. here's 5:30 in the morning. could start off as just a few sprinkles or not reaching the ground. then look at 7:00 a.m., 8:00 a.m. we're starting to get some snow in berks and lehigh. it's definitely snowing in the poconos then. here's 9:00 a.m., and we have the snow near allentown and northward. you can see the changeover continuing to go from south to north. so the later you are in the morning, the more likely it is to just be raining. even in allentown where it's in the mid-20s right now. here's a wider view. 8:00 a.m., this model has temperatures above freezing pretty quickly. maybe too quickly considering how cold it is right now. but the trend is going to be for warming and then clearing in the afternoon. so watch what happens
