[gunfire] >>> walteras running away when north charleston patrolman michael slager fired eight times. authorities say the officer had already hit scott with a stun gun after scott is down officer slager places him in handcuffs. this all started with a traffic stop saturday. officer slager then reported that scott had tried to take his taser but officials say the video is evidence of an unjustified dead -- of using unjustified deadly force. we will have more on the investigation coming up in our next half hour. >> new video has emerged in the controversial police take down of a man in vineland, new jersey. that man later died. police were called to the 100 block of grape street on march 31st. residents say 32-year-old philip white was on the sidewalk acting strange and when police responded they say white resisted and tried to grab a canine officer's gun. video shows the police dog attacking while the officer throws punches. white later died at the hospital. now, autopsy results have not yet been released.
