i'm working on the performance models so that staff is ware of what's required when they're establishing their performance plans for the next few slides. it's really emphasizing that we're working to have sustained functions, and that whole recommendations for external reviews but also to expand beyond that. so this slide just briefly summarizes the fact that we've had a lot of work on analyzing our needs and stakeholder engagement and also supervisors and management with stakeholders. again, we've worked with many different county departments. for example, tomorrow, i'll be facilitating a training and meeting with several different city and county department working with either enterprise or infrastructure work, and we'll be talking about how to share data around the workplace, including what kinds of privacy standards we're considering or how to clearly get information to people. so i can't count the number of board meetings that i've had to connect with people across the nation, our city, and departments, but it's been super helpful for increasing our external and internal networks fo
