few degrees warmer than we were this time yesterday. we have another day a lot like yesterday. it is a near carbon copy. it is cool but calm. it is 33 degrees at reagan national and 23 and gaithersburg area that is 25 degrees in frederick. the windchill factor, there's not much of that. it is a fabulous friday but cool. there's change ahead for the weekend. we may get some snow showers by midday saturday. there is another chance on sunday, but a lesser chance. no major storm this weekend, so go about this week plans. i will have more details of that just a few minutes. let us check on the roads with amanda meadows. >> thank you ray much. we have construction to worry about this morning. we have some construction with pothole repairs being made. this is on the outer loop near new hampshire. he duty to stay to the right as you head through montgomery county. that is just before 95 in maryland. we also have construction on new york avenue that is going to be inbound and outbound. we have one lane closed in each direction. beep repaired for that. -- we prepared for that. you routes

looks like by the weekend even a little bit warmer.g-range forecast brings some rain back to the bay area. that's some good news. enjoy the sunshine today. it will be very mild into the afternoon. any threat of rain headed to the pacific northwest we are going to keep things dry here and around the state. so temperatures in the 60s and 70s if you are traveling into the central valley. looking good there. lake tahoe 62, 60 yosemite, 65 monterey bay. computer models picking up on a few high clouds drifting across our skies from time to time. otherwise a whole lot of sunshine in between. and some very nice weather outside. these temperatures should be comfortable in most spots, temperatures soaring near 70 degrees today in the napa valley. about 68 in fairfield. 67 in san jose. and 64 degrees in san francisco. sunrise time 6:53. sunset should be beautiful at 5:54 this evening. looking out over the next couple of days, we have a great weekend on tap. some temperatures very spring- like into the low 70s and then we cool down and by the midd
