that's what the warren court is doing. it's bringing back the promise of the reconstruction amendments along with the civil rights movement. and yeah, radical change reconstruction was, a revolution. it was overthrown. second reconstruction. it's also kind of revolutionary. and what seeing now is the reaction that this is the second redemption. and the question have to ask is, is there difference between these moments of radical change? do i believe in reconstruction and not redemption? can i distinguish in any way? um, i think you can thank you. do we have time for one question? i know we're 10 minutes over or so. okay, so let me let me ask you both to about the question of whether we had this reaction against the warren court, which was an activist court everybody can agree. we have doctrines that have become quite important we have textualism we have originalism and actually made some real changes, terms of actually deciding cases have two constitutional rights, a variety of things. so the question i guess i'm intereste
