several feet fell last friday and saturday near washington d-c. snow collapsed the roof of this church in silver spring maryland just yesterday. that's a city just north of washington d-c. no one was injured when the building collapsed. this was one of several buildings that collapsed in that region since saturday's blizzard. a west virginia doctor is getting creative to deal with the snow. he's been commuting to work on his tractor since the snowfall. he took his john deere through about 3 feet of snow yesterday. he even picked up a few of his co-workers along the way.
