that will how >> it's always good to hear the predictions related to the traffic in virginia and washington. aaa says the it's because of two construction projects. the hot lanes on 95 and the 495 express lanes are the reason. they will allow people to be able to travel from stafford to springfield and then on to tysons corner at speed which does not happen many mornings with the backups that occur. they say you will be able to do this when all the projects are complete. the 495 express lanes are expected to be completed in a matter of months in december. the 95 hot lanes are expected to be completed sometime iin 2015. many predictions were that this would alleviate traffic congestion. now they are saying this will eliminate us from some of those lists that put us as the worst in the country. no specific estimates on the tolls for the 495 express lanes. those will be dynamic holes changing with the flow of traffic, estimated at $5 or $6. there's an hov portion where you would need three or more people in the car to avoid the polls. >> homes are still flooded and power is still out in many p
