waterloo schools is having a special election for a proposed career and technical center for high school students on tuesday... eleletion workers say 15 polling places will be open from seven in the denver schools will also hold an election for a bond to expand its facilities on tuesday. continuing coverage this morning -- as the clean up process begins for a fairly new waterloo restaurant damaged by a fire... we brouuht you the breaking news here yesterday- as the fire was reported just after three o-clock saturday morning at tokyo bay. firefighters say it started in the kitchen area. no o njuries wereereported -- but there's a lot of smoke damage throughout the restaurant. owners say the restaurant opened a few months ago -- and they are expected d o stay closed for the time being but hope to open again sometime soon. a lot of news to still get to- on today in iowa... with th focus on tomorrow's caucus votes -- our own jeey gallagher dives into the process for a refresher before you head out to vote tomorrow... and --if you do caucus tomrrow, you'll be the first in the nation to do so
