we're outside watkins regional park right now. there's part of an effort to locate luben phipps, the senior assisted living home that he stayed for a senior's picnic. now he said he wanted to go to the bathroom and after that, he hadn't been seen. seen since then. there have been flyers all over the neighborhood and searches have combed this 300-acre park. yesterday they came back and they were searching a part of the park they had search previously described as a soybean field when they found the body in that park. now t clothing matched the description of that that luben phipps was apparently wearing when he disappeared. however, there has been no positive i.d. at this point. the 80-year-old again was part of a group here for a seniors picnic. they've searched the park several times since then to have a public campaign to try to find him. the body has been taken to the medical examiner's office and that's where positive identification is expected to be made as well as a determination for the cause of death. live in upper marlbor
