very heavy rain does linger from santa cruz over the watsonville. morgan hill up to the southern edge of san jose. we do have some areas down there that are seeing some flooding risk continued. you can see that reflected here in our flooding risk map. a flood advisories continue along the bay shore, but especially the santa cruz mountains and yes, we're seeing a flood warning there from half moon bay along coastal san mateo county, due to still a lot of water flowing into those small streams towards the coast. now rainfall becomes a lot less widespread and a lot less intense as the morning goes by by noontime. we're pretty much done with it. still mostly cloudy, though, by the afternoon. we're looking at increasingly clear skies and lots of sunshine to close out your wednesday. as for thursday, a couple of passing clouds. and yes, we could see n sprinkle or 2 in our mountains for the bay tomorrow, but we're not going to be seeing those for the urban areas friday saturday and sunday are going to keep that dry trend going. so it does look a lot drier
