we're not seeing reports 22 miles an hour in the poconos and 18 in wawa. that's about it. so definitely the wind is diminishing. the temperatures are going down along with the wind already down into the 20s across much of the area, except for philadelphia down the i-95 corridor. it feels like it's in the teens in some areas already. so we're seeing this change in just a couple of hours after sunset. here's this band of snow that is approaching tomorrow afternoon. looks like it's going to generally hit after the rush hour, but some of the western counties could see a little bit of it. we're not talking about a lot of snow but of course the ground is cold and may stick on untreated surfaces especially after dark and especially in these northern suburbs here but it's gone by later thursday night and it's not around for the friday morning rush. how much snow? the very latest computer model coming in shows it. but an inch of snow in allentown, two inches in the poconos and not enough to measure in some of the other areas, so that's going to be a relatively minor event. >>> clea
