"right this minute" was one of the first to report on the story. according to court documents, csd, llc is suing newton saying they purchased had his estate in 2010 with the intention of turning it into a tourist attraction and museum in las vegas. now, according to the documents filed in a clark county court, they're saying that newton has refused to move from his mansion. according to the suit, csd, llc did offer to pay around $2 million to build another compound for the newton family to live in. now, there's actually more to this story. within this lawsuit the plaintiff is also claiming the woman hired to be an eck win manager on the property was sexually harassed by newton. the plaintiffs allege newton dogs bit some of the workers. they're also claiming that newton was supposed to get rid of spl some of his 55 horses, they say they lived in squalor and tons of manure had piled up on the property. >> it sounds like they're trying to
