wayne vorhees, matt kroupa and kyle rider are still in the hospital. during homecoming after the fatal accident, students took it upon themselves to change it. monday's scheduled "college day" turned into "legacy day" where the teens proudly wore school shirts and colors. the hashtag "legacy strong" also spread across social media. the bus driver - kari chopper's husband says he wants to know what happened - just as badly as everyone else. joshua chopper says his wife loved her job - and was having just passed a required yearly physical back in may. kari and joshua were married for more than 20 years... they have four children. joshua says he found out about his wife -- when people it's not required -- but sunday's crash is reigniting a concern -- about seat belts on school busses. from 2005 to 2014 -- more than 13 hundred people were killed in school transportation crashes. more than 26 million children ride on school buses each day. federal law doesn't require the belts -- but the national safety council says they support the idea. more police office
