"action news" reporter sharrie williams is live from the satellite center with the details on that, sharrie. >> reporter: jim investigators say it was the dad who gave this under age teen permission to use his suv to run out to get breakfast. well, minutes later three teenage boys were dead and today, you're right no jail time but ordered to pay restitution, community service and write apology letters to the families. now 16 year-old the teenage girl who had accepted responsibility, of a deadly crash, in the poconos is now a free person. she left the wayne county juvenile probation offices today. we are not directly revealing her identity, because she's a minor who was in the tried as an adult. last year on august 30th she was behind the wheel of this chevy suburban when investigators say she lost control, and rolled the vehicle several times killing three bucks county teens. ryan lesher, cullen keffer and shamus digney, all would have been sophomores at council rock high school south. >> we hepp miss blair learned a valuable life lesson, all of this and she understands that she hurt a lot
