our team three weather coverage continues with meteorologist carol erickson live with the mobile weathershe has been tracking weather conditions every where we found her. right now she's on the northeast extension, good morning, carol. >> reporter: it is a wet morning out there, the traffic though i'm happy to report is moving along just fine on the northeast extension. we are probably 10 miles from quakertown at this point. we have not seen any of the snow mix nothing. our temperatures in the mobile weather lobbies a at 38 degrees which is cool et cetera we have seen and will continue to watch for. also this rain is reducing visibility which gets worse when the snow does make sense. you know and maybe forgotten since last winter but many times we had to deal with just how bass it can look around here, when the the wet snow mixes in and that really starts to cut down on the visibility. now, road signs covered that sort of thing as this snow starts to pick up later on today. already, as jan carabao were talking about it. big changes in the airport. you can see the skies here. how low ceil

let's begin with meteorologist bill henley in the first alert weather center. bill? >> hard to believe temperatures in the 60s this morning and talking snow for tomorrow and a considerable temperature fall for tonight and during the day tomorrow. for today, we're starting off in the mild zone, again. right now in the 50s and 60s. has dropped to 56 degrees here at nbc 10. there are some clouds overhead and the temperatures around the rest of the area looking pretty mild. now, 56 in philadelphia. that's down four degrees from the last hour. trenton, northeast philadelphia, mount holly still in the low 60s while it has now fallen into the 40s for the pocono mountains. getting chilly this morning and not going to get cold today. radar in the clear for now and we are watching some showers just off shore. those are only rain showers and a chance that we could see some of those come inland during the day today. especially this afternoon. right now, 54 degrees is the forecast for 7:00. by 9:00, breaks of sunshine and 55 and a chance of some scattered showers in delaware, sou

cbs-3 mobil weather lab covered with a coating of snow at 11/12. little early for that but it is really pretty out here. temperatures have dropped very close to freezing. it took a while for to us see flakes. rain changed to snow as we made it up towards poconos and you can see here on the mobile weather lab it is currently 32.9 degrees, just hovering above freezing but cold enough in the upper levels of the atmosphere to cause this snow to fall and fall it is, look at these flakes, as they hit, the jacket, they melt very, very quickly. the roads should be okay. we are seeing a grassy coating here in the pocono area. as temperatures drop below freezing as the kathy mentioned some ice spots are possible but it looks like this is just a picturesque snowfall here in mid-november to set the scene for this cold out break. reporting live from the pocono region i'm meteorologist kate bilo for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> i know you are loving every minute of it out there, thanks very much. >>> you can check any forecast anytime you like if you have cbs phi

tonight we have team coverage of these weather changes. we begin with nbc 10 first alert meteorologist brittney shipp. the system is already moving in. >> that's right. it's slowly moving in. you are seeing a little bit of light rainfall and possibly a few snow flurries. we have cold air in place, but not cold enough to see any type of accumulating snow. closer to 7:16 and newark, we are going to see more rain moving in. wilmington, closer to 8:30. eventually we'll be dealing with widespread rain. over the rest of tonight, this is a large system. a lot of rainfall. once it gets going, we'll be dealing with rain through all of tomorrow, heading into your morning commute and also your evening commute, localized flooding is a possibility. but your future weather, mainly rainfall. you could see a few flying snow flurries. as we head into our overnight hours, closer to 1:00 a.m., 2:00 a.m., especially for the poconos, which are under a wintery weather advisory, we could see snow, sleet, and freezing rain. that's all a possibility. everywhere el
