kpix 5's brian webb is in marin where missing man's car was found today. >> reporter: in the car we found along highway 1 about 10 miles north of the beach, an area called 13 turns. a treacherous piece of road. especially in the rain like today and like the night mr. days went missing. here is a look at the scene from today. a heavily wooded area. the car was found about 120 down an embankment. you can just make out the silver metal of the 2001 camry when we zoomed the camera all the way in. at first authorities found the car in relatively good condition, but nobody in it or around it. so search rescue crews scaled down the hill. after a few hours of looking, finally found a body. they don't have a positive id yet but know the car belongs to davis after the caltran's worker who spotted it grabbed the registration card. >> he was able to get the registration card out, which he brought to our office. we checked the registration card and determined it was the vehicle from the silver alert which had been issued from the police department five weeks ago approximately. >> reporter: the coroner
