a lot of us especially in the north bay, we had to hunker down weill we dealt with the atmospheric riverw we are assessing damage while still dealing with more rain. we are not done with the rain yet but boy we are close and around the corner to thanksgiving. today is still a first alert weather day. roads are slick along the peninsula, along the south bay too. we head to the north bay with some light drizzle sweeping throughout areas. these were the communities that received impressive amounts of rain from the atmospheric river that fixated its way in the north bay last week. now we are starting to see things more calm this morning. there are moderate pockets of rain throughout areas like clayton and into concord too. walnut creek is another good example. north closer to the golden gate bridge, marin head lands to san francisco we are dealing with light to moderate rain, lighter conditions along highway 101 into the santa clara valley. into the afternoon hours, we'll continue to watch showers break apart. on and off showers are expected into the evening tonight and early hours tomorrow.
