>> well sh, jessica, right now, are on state road here in tellford, bucks county, and this is what wecounty and makeing or way into bucks county. and now, you will see here that we have a speed limit of 45 and i trying to take it extra tra slower here. i know it looks like we are going fast, but it is just from the camera angle. some of the areas are white. they have not been treated or plowed, but you have areas like this where the plows have obviously been through or at least cars have been through to try to mess it up a little bit, and you will get a slush as opposed to a sheet of snow that people drive through, and you go down some of the side streets, and you can see a little bit more difficult to navigate. i will look at my photographer john, and turn down one of the side street, and let me give you the idea of what the folks are experiencing as you are going down the narrow streets, and the areas not hit with the plows. so we turn down this street here down to meetinghouse road. you can see exactly the difference here where it is more snow covered and this is what a lot of the

jessica dean. natasha brown is at hahnemann with the latest on the injured officers' condition. >> reporter: well, we do understand that two of the officers were taken here to hahnemann university hospital where they're expected to be treated and released. all of this as a peaceful protest took a disturbing turn. cell phone video captured the skermish between police and protesters at broad and cecil b more before 7:00 p.m., a crowd ran to 1600 broad street in front of bank of america where bike teams were blocking the entrance. at least 12 officers were sprayed by the protesters with black spray paint and pepper spray. three of those officers were injured and the bank was vandalized. cameras captured protesters burning an american flag. it began at city hall earlier. police say it had been peaceful until it took a turn as the event was wrapping up. we also know tonight that four protesters were arrested and will be facing charges in this case. we're live at hahnemann hospital tonight natasha brown, cbs3 "eyewitness news." >>> thank you. >>> heroic police officers spring into action coming to the a

here is jessica schneider with more. >> reporter: well, after one week of being caught up in the courts, president trump's executive order banning immigration from those seven muslim majority countries is halted tonight. a federal judge in washington state put the brakes on the order issuing a temporary restraining order. but the white house tonight saying that they are fighting back. they say that the department of justice plans to issue an appeal. the white house has continued to maintain throughout the past week and now even in the weighing of this ruling from a federal judge that what president trump did in issuing that executive order was completely lawful. now, we understand that the department of justice will file an appeal, but it will not be immediate. we are waiting for that. it likely will not be in the overnight hours or early hours tomorrow. of course this entire issue has been in the courts front and center for the past week. we've seen numerous judges ruling on this, whether it was the day after president trump issued that executive order or numerous civil rights groups f
