citigroup and wells fargo just reported moments ago and it looks like wells fargo pretty much is in line with wall street estimates. citigroup came in with a slight beat. we have more news from citigroup. >> citigroup is a third-biggest u.s. bank. if you take a look at the numbers, one dollar $15 per share beat the one dollar 12 per share estimate from analysts. that benefits from a stronger u.s. customer and from stronger international business. the firm announced plans to exit consumer banking in 11 markets. in a statement, -- we understand the sale of these businesses are underway and are expected to be completed by the end of next year. they are looking to exit from places in costa rica, japan, and nicaragua. they will continue to work with institutional clients in those economies. citigroup was beating in terms of the bottom line. fargo.to focus on wells this is the biggest u.s. mortgage lender. it is in line with estimates. on three months ending september 30, $5.7 billion on back of revenue of $21 billion in net income is in line at $1.02 per share. u.s.oks like as the big banks a
