when last sunday patriotism was alive and well, and i am appreciative to the wesleyan church in robins for the invitation that i received to attend that very special day in robins saturday last. i thank the speaker and yield back. the speaker pro tempore: for what purpose does the gentleman from california rise? >> mr. speaker, i ask unanimous consent to address the house for one minute. the speaker pro tempore: without objection. mr. baca: i stand and voice my strong opposition to the new law arizona law, s.b. 1070. this is inspired by hate and racism. the new law opens the door to serious civil rights abuse and will lead to racial profiling of latinos and latinas in arizona and people of color. it's unconstitutional. violating the fourth and 14th amendment, this new law will create a division for people who are asked for legal documents and those who do not. people should not spend one cent of money in arizona except to create jobs. i urge americans to support the boycott by wearing red, yellow and blue waist bands. this misguided law is another example why we must act now. we need r
