west philadelphia. ronald stanley charged with murdering a man during a stabbing spree. he attacked three men at different locations along baltimore avenue. the last victim died after stabbed in the chest. investigators identified that victim at nathan atkinson. >>> police are analyzing this video to find out what led to a deadly high speed crash in north philadelphia. the driver lost control near second and cecil b. moore, hitting three light poles, a tree, two buildings before the car burst into flames. driver was so badly burned in the fire, investigators have not been able to identify him. the crash also left debris scattered along the road, including hundreds of mcdonald's gift cards and cups in packaging. investigators are trying to find out if the car was stolen.
