exciting things happening with septa and right here in west conshohocken, news we have been waiting for, they are preparing to reopen the ramp from the 476 to the eastbound side of the schuylkill expressway, we had a jackknife tractor trailer accident this afternoon. it's blocking this ramp for a little while, while they straighten the truck out. so momentarily we should see this ramp from the southbound blue route to the eastbound schuylkill reopening, it's causing delays because people go south to villanova to detour around the closed ramp. any minute things should be back to business in conshohocken. and a broken down vehicle by passyunk, that is out of the way, speeds of 8 miles per hour for folks headed away from that phils game. a disabled vehicle on 95, taking out a lane there, causing speeds of just 16 miles per hour traveling south away from the airport. by the ben franklin bridge, you'll have company this afternoon, just the three lanes, eastbound three lanes as well. and construction in the right lane, towards the westbound side of the admiral wilson boulevard. police officer
