the shooting erupted in broad daylight yesterday afternoon on 26th and adeline in west oakland. an oakland rapper known as mista fab tweeted the victim is his 14-year-old cousin. he is in critical condition this morning. the suspect is also a juvenile. he is in custody for firearms possession. >>> this morning san francisco police are looking for a sex crime suspect. police say these two sketches are of the same man. they believe he exposed himself to a woman then sexually assaulted another woman a few minutes later in the inner sunset saturday. the sketches depict different features but both victims say the man is in his mid-20s with short light brown hair. >>> she said she was only trying to get home but this morning a mother of five is facing child cruelty and prostitution charges. 25-year-old jill mcveigh was arrested in a sex sting in oakland after police say she solicited an undercover officer. officers later found her one month old twins in a nearby car with a windo cracked. it happened on international boulevard in oakland where there has been a surge in prostitution. >>

police say a woman was stabbed at about 4:15 in west oakland and it's not clear at this time what hercondition is. police have been called in control the crowd and we'll have more on this stabbing coming up on the 10:00 news. >>> officials tonight say there is no much chance that an 11- year-old boy missing in kings canyon national park is still alive. the new jersey boy disappeared on friday after hiking with his family. yesterday, search teams spect part of the day along a creek in the park. crews believe the 11-year-old boy fell in a the water and rescuers say they have recovered some of his clothing and now how difficult this is for the boy's family. if the child did fall into the icy water, officials say his chances are survival are extremely small. >>> pg&e has reportedly agreed to a rule that would ban spiking pressure. according to the san francisco chronicle, the utility supports a state rule banning spikes if the rule allows certain exceptions. previously pg&e had argued that federal regulations required spike in order to test pipelines and that the practice was safe. among

the shooting erupted in broad daylight yesterday afternoon on 26th and adeline in west oakland. an oakland rapper known as miss sta fab tweeted the 14-year-old cousin. the suspect is a juvenile arrested for firearms possession. >>> she said she was only trying to get home but this morning a mother of five is facing child cruelty and prostitution charges. 25-year-old jill mcveigh was arrested in a sex sting in oakland this week after police say she solicited an undercover officer. officers later found her one month old twins in a nearby car with a window cracked. it happened on the stretch of international boulevard in oakland where there's been a surge in prostitution. >> you know, you have to ask yourself, how many times has this occurred prior to us intervening? is this going on routinely? is there a culture like this? that's why this is bigger than one particular incident. this is something that we have to really examine. >> mcveigh told officers she left the babies because she was trying to make enough cash to drive to stockton where her three other children live with family

a chilly breeze out of the west in oakland. west wind at 14 miles per hour into san francisco.e've dropped into the upper 40s. west wind at 16 and into san jose. another spot that's pretty cool this evening. 49 degrees. southwest wind at 3 miles per hour. some patchy low clouds being pumped inland by the sea breeze. that's the reason you'll make a little adjustment to the forecast. maybe a little bit of drizzle and a few spots seeing low clouds for tomorrow morning. right now the radar is dry. we have a system here offshore that's going to spill some lie clouds your way. we're not expecting anything in terms of widespread rain. this system, mainly clouds spilling in for the afternoon in addition to areas that may be some drizzle with the low clouds. for the morning, afternoon temperatures, 50 toss mid-60s for high as we rap up the weekend. monday, we'll see a chance of showers for the north bay. the system is really going to fall apart as it approaches the bay area. you'll notice the impact late tomorrow heading into monday. the system as it approaches will spill in the clouds
