in the tube and approximately 200 people on that train, and that train is currently headed to west oakland , where those passengers will safely off board. now we've been hearing all morning that there is going to be major delays on bart because of the transbay tube. and bart was encouraging people to take other forms of transportation. they said it was a power issue on the transbay tube connecting the east bay to san francisco. they've been using a single track to get through the tube. and we just got some new video and pictures from someone who was on that train. now you can see they went into the tube and it went dark. they say the power went off while they were in the tube. they were headed from oakland to san francisco when it got stuck in that power went out now, once the power went back on, they got some messages they might have to go bac person says thaty have been slowly moving back to west oakland, and they will get off the train there, but it seems like there was a lot of confusion for a while. about what could be done if they were going to have to get off the train in the tube t

honked in support of a vigil held at the intersection in west oakland, where willie jackson was killed by a hidden run driver. his family says the 83 year old was driving when a woman speeding in a white audi struck jackson saturn for him to go this way. that's not right. the area before police arrived. jackson died at the scene. family members say the driver has not been arrested, really angry because she didn't even call for help like she didn't call 911 or anything. she had somebody pick her up and they took off what kind of human being argued. you know does that this rubble is all that is left of jackson, saturn. his family tells me he was on his way home from delivering a meal to a relative. his death was followed by two others as a result of traffic collisions. last thursday, a driver struck and killed a 35 year old man who was in the crosswalk at busy piedmont avenue and macarthur. the suspect fled the scene, but police located and arrested him quickly. the next evening, a bicyclist was struck and killed by a vehicle driven by a gunshot victim trying to leave a crime scene in we
