west-northwest at about six. they will shift to the south later today and eventually that will pump in warmer temperatures. but this morning, if you live, say, through orange, springfield, keene, you are waking up to temperatures in the 20's. that means frosty conditions out there. 32 in worcester. 32 in plymouth. even 36 on the cape. 43 degrees on nantucket. that's the milder spot. and as we go through day as those winds shift to the south and we do have a little bit of sunshine, temperatures will warm into the mid 50's and lower 50's across the area. so it isn't so bad as high pressure really dominates our weather. here to the north and west. it's an area of low pressure and a cold front. some of this moisture may make its way towards us. we may even see it in the form of some rain showers early tomorrow morning. but for the day today, it does look dry. in fact, here's that timeline as we head towards lunchtime still tons of sunshine. once we get through the afternoon and towards the early evening, notice the clouds are increasing but at the time of trick-or-treating, even though we have clouds we're still dry. we're dry through saturday night. but here is that rain
