this is moving from west to east. viewing at 2:44 this afternoon. more clouds will generate in from the west. we will watch at least some spots that may not have the best viewing. many of us are going to be okay this afternoon. here is the hour by hour showing us that little band of clouds i was talking about. this model isn't the perfect resolution. it's more spotty cloud cover than this. it gives you an idea that the clouds as we get to 1:00 p.m., the start time right around of the eclipse, that we do still have scattered clouds in place as we go from 1:00 to 2:30, same deal. scattered clouds across the area. we are not looking at a coating, blanket of clouds that would ruin our visibility. this is a good sign. west, we are seeing showers and storms generate. the good news is, it does not hit until after the peak timing is over. by 4:00, the eclipse is done with. whether we say 4:00 to 5:30, we will see showers and storms, not going to affect your viewing. we will start to see showers and storms, along the western e
