we live in west virginia.e proud and we should take care of our kids in the best possible manner. i think we reach agreement on that. and so there have been challenges for a number of years. i know the legislature has been slowly trying to address some of those changes, but i think that this is an area that's really going to benefit from a lot of the auditing the performance reviews. and i think steve would agree with this to be able to find the right people. this is such an important area and the people who work in cps and foster care. these people are one of some of the dedicated state workers you're ever going to find. i know in the attorney general's office because we have dhr and lawyers, they're some of the lowest paid people. we don't control that. you actually have to be competitive. we have to have the right people and make sure that the kids are being looked out for. so i want to make sure we're taking care of the kids. there are a lot of important ways that we do that. i think we can find a lot more
