westbound 880 -- i'm sorry, westbound 580 just before you get to harrison, we have that right lane andlane blocked for the fatality investigation and clean-up so flip over to the traffic maps and show you what the backup looks like right now. we have delays and we've got a couple secondary crashes in the area as well. so that's where the sig alert is located. improving significantly in the last 20 minutes or so, once we did get those lanes back open. we did have all lanes blocked for about an hour but we have another crash near lakeshore and another crash near grand. we've got some onlooker delay due to those as well. and honestly had a little gap there. we were up to a four-mile backup. it looks like that is starting to improve. want to take you down to the fremont area. or i did anyway. we had a crash on southbound 880 just before stevenson still blocking at least one lane but we are starting to improve on the peninsula. one problem in redwood city and another in palo alto but both of those have cleared from 101 and here's a quick check of the bay bridge toll plaza. metering lights o

let's start with the westbound. the backlog are we're seeing from chopper 6 hd goes from montgomery drive goes out to the ramp to the north side of the boulevard route 1 to go up to the twin bridges. that's the ramp that is still blocked because of the awful overnight accident and vehicle fire, three vehicles involved they are towing them away and cleaning them up. right now the ramp is still closed and the westbound schuylkill expressway is parking lot from montgomery drive on out. go to city avenue and flip around from the eastbound side get to the boulevard or i would bail at montgomery and head over to mlk drive, use the falls bridge to cross the river and go into east falls and ridge avenue get on the northbound side of the boulevard. speeds are slower on the eastbound side, 3 miles per hour an hour from conshohocken on into belmont. we've been watching this accident. they got it pushed off to the side right here by the belmont on-ramp. you can see it right here, both lanes of schuylkill expressway eastbound ar

westbound schuylkill expressway ramps, to the boulevard.are leaving center city your best bet use one of the drives, kelly drive, martin luther king drive are both opened but coming from say new jersey through the city that is the scene of the vehicle, that had the impact, and burst into flames. couple of officials, you can exit at city avenue and then take, make a u turn right at city avenue at bala and coming back east on the schuylkill that ramp is opened. you can exit at city avenue and take kelly drive and work your way back or go up to belmont avenue and flip u turn and work your way back, again, eastbound ramps are opened, it is westbound ramp to the northbound boulevard, that is closed, and it looks like it will be closed for quite sometime. another accident blue route 476 northbound at macdade boulevard, crazy here this morning, we will start out quiet. it is scary. we all drive-in at the same time and coming in on the schuylkill people are flying pennsylvania this at like 85 miles an hour, and then we see the accidents happened. t

so pretty slow conditions, if you're headed to westbound 4. and how is it looking for the rest of contra costa county? it will go -- there it is. there you go. look at the realtime traffic graphic. and 17 miles an hour in that area. and looks pretty good once you get to concord and 242 to walnut creek on 680 as well. moving over to the major problem of the morning, the altamont pass, and look at that. 9 miles an hour. coming up 205 in tracy. and this is all due to a solo car crash on westbound 580 after grant line road and emergency crews out there, blocking that left lane. and trying to clear out the situation, for you. but if you're headed out this way, give yourself plenty of time to get to this. as you can see it, is a 7- minute drive from altamont pass to -- 27 minute drive from altamont pass, but after two hours it will be 36 minutes. best to get out the door right now. >> and all eyes on the bay bridge. with the demolition of the old truss there. and so official high tide today is at 12:26. and over five feet. almost six feet. and sun i
