watching the schuylkill expressway's westbound side.in a second and show what's happening here. this is the beginning of the accident scene westbound near the university avenue on ramp. what's happening is the westbound traffic coming out of south philadelphia has to merge one lane together with the one lane trying to merge from the ramp. huge backups on the ramp and huge backups on that westbound side approaching the accident scene that's all into the left-hand lane and next lane over. so one car at a time with the ramp and the highway. actually squeezing by, this is the front view of it. a 37-minute drive time. it seems that it's coming down, but i think that's just them getting it together there. either way, huge delays because what this is is a six to seven-minute trip from 95 to the vine street expressway. speeds right now down into the single digits. this is a huge delay. if you head through south philly and try to get to the schuylkill expressway, you're tacking to a half hour to your trip just with this incident alone. there's a
