westbound highway 4, i will start there. that's cleared out. so the drive time from antioch to concord is about 12 minutes. it can be at least double that on a bad day. maybe triple. bay bridge toll plaza, we've seen about a five-minute delay. ten minutes into the city. what's not bad -- or what has not improved, i should say, is this marin county commute. still very slow on southbound 101 coming out of novato to san rafael because of earlier issues. most of the traffic is backed up from the marin slow sonoma county line -- marin/sonoma counsel like. >>> clear skies, temperatures which were cold for some. for us, cold. not like the rest of the country. but they will end up being above average again. we're stuck in this pattern. no sign of any big break. there is a little break coming in on friday. the higher clouds go south. we have a lot of sunshine. we have a little bit of patchy fog. it looks like all of that is gone. red flag warning starts tonight for the north and east bay hills. a lot of 20s to the north. napa was one. but some areas picking up already in the 40s. i know half moon bay was 37. now th
