david henry is live now in westchester, with the details. david? >> reporter: just moments ago, 44-year-old anton foeman was taken into custody and arraigned for charges against three children. foeman was a piano teacher for four years and just six days ago one of his students when to her mother and said he touched her inappropriately. an investigation started and three more victims came forward. he has been in the country for five years working the last four years in malvern and he and his wife ran a music school. they believe there are more victims than the ones that came forward so far. he had extensive access to the children in a music room to the children alone. and that is where the molestation took place, he was arrested at his home in phoenixville this afternoon after the charges were filed against him. he was brought here to district court and has been arraigned on those charges, serious felonies that could send him to jail a long time. they are reading a statement as follows. this is from the owner of the school, he says i was informed of

the plane crashed in westchester county after hitting the trees. he was the only person on board. his great grandfather cofounded standard oil. he was flying home after celebrating his father's 99th birthday. he was an experienced pilot. >> here's an update for you. the luxury house in texas was set on fire and destroyed today on purpose. the house was tangling over a cliff because of a massive landslide forcing the homeowner to pull the house away from the edge, let nature take its course or burn it. they made the choice based on clean up costs. they said letting the house fall into the lake would be the most expensive choice. that owner must pay for the clean up. even before the land slight, the house was incredibly close to the cliff. shattered glass and a gaping hole. this was the scene overnight at cnn's downtown headquarters. a car crashed through the window and stopped in the lobby. the police say two people were in the car when it crashed and no one was hurt. it's still under investigation. >>> 40 years of memories. >> coming up, the surprise waiting for the philadelphia f
