we should note we have a winter storm warning in effect garrett county and western allegany county until tuesday afternoon. they could pick up 12 or more inches of snow the next 24 to 48 hours. no snow in our forecast but it is going to get very cold. but if you like warmer weather it is on the way in the extended outlook. >> now to the deadly crash in bethesda in which two young people lost their lives. it was just before 3:00 this morning in the 4400 black of jones bridge road. police say five people between 18 and 25 were inside the s.u.v. when the driver last control and slammed into a tree. tonight friends held a vigil. we have a live report from rockville with more. >> it is a who are risk crash that took the lives of these people. people have not confirmed their identities but friends have and gathering to remember them they say it has been a heartbreak start to the new year. nick clayton in one of the last photos he had with friends was a jokester and big into skateboarding say friends. nate says he will miss his best friend's personality the most. >> laid back, funny. kind of li

more snow for the western maryland mountains and the wind advisory in allegany and garrett counties. we will we get to temperatures 32 and 39 degrees. the highs for tomorrow in a couple of minutes. that will be the high temperature of the day. temperatures in the 30's in the morning. this arctic air moving south that of canada, billings, montana. some of that there is pushing into the pacific northwest causing the snow conditions and some will bleed to the south and east as well. our temperatures will be much colder the next few days after this front passes by. severe thunderstorms to the south down to the gulf coast. we will get into the arctic air behind the front and we will watch as it may be a clipper storm comes out of the northwest and brings snow flurries. there's that big pacific storm approaching the northwest. a part of that may impact this over the weekend. after the skies clear we will watch the northwest and see a clipper, in with snow and maybe light snow or flurries here as well as thursday evening. followed by more coal there as we head into friday and the upcoming w
