you can see many of us in cloud cover across western carolinas in northeast georgia. here is where the snow flurries are coming from the west. we have had many reports of flurries across up state but more concentrated from newbury into laurens county, greenwood, abbeville county, seeing some snow flying. i am not looking to are accumulating snow. temperatures are above freezing but we will be in the deep freeze by later tonight. a big dip in the jet stream will stay put for several days and disturbances moving along the upper level wind flow are helping the snow to form not just here but points north all the way to the great lakes area. very active, very cold weather eastern third of the country. it's not going anywhere for several days. for tomorrow we will hold onto a breeze, a bitter cold start to the die. high mountain snow showers will continue and wind chill advisory will be in effect for the higher elevations. wednesday at 4:00 p.m., we look for less wind, more sunshine for up state. we are looking at cold temperatures though. we will struggle to get out of the
