there it spins off toward the western tip of cuba, somewhere in that channel between cuba and florida as we get into the weekend. it should weaken down to a tropical storm status as it moves to the north and east, but it could mean flooding rain for the western half of cuba and may be self florida and key west. it looks like the yucatÁn is the first area to worry about and then western cuba were the keys of florida over the weekend and early next week. the hurricane season does not effectively end until november 30. the weather here was much quieter today, 68 degrees. the normal is 64. the record high was only 77 degrees in 1931. a sure sign of the changing seasons. of to the north and west, a changing weather pattern for the mid atlantic. as the clouds move over tonight and taken up, the temperatures will stop falling. 43 right now frederick and it will be chilly in some of the outlying suburbs but stay in a low-key's in downtown baltimore. an area of low pressure developing on the front to the northwest. this little weather disturbance will track through tomorrow night into thursday
