i've been there more than the governor who was from western maryland. we brought in more transportation money, more education money, and community development money. we have the most prospects for the redevelopment of hagerstown, cumberland, frostburg. i just opened a new school in allegheny. a beautiful, brand-new school. there's no question that have issues and problems that are facing them that other areas of the state do not have. i'm very familiar with it. we will continue to invest in western maryland and the eastern shore as well. mr. jealous: i want to go back to something earlier, the governor is lying again, saying i just moved here from california. sir, lets just talk for a second. i was named person of the year by the baltimore sun five years ago because my leadership in civil rights in the state. my dad was one of the few white guys to boycott lunch counters in baltimore. my grandmother is a proud 101-year-old retired social , worker who helped train barbara mikulski. my grandfather was a probation officer. there are po's, one to endorse me
