nc line line s.c.d.o.t. cam on-- 3 3 3 new from overnight--troopers wrecks in the upstate and western north carolina. happened around midnight in powdersville.troopers say a tow truck driver ran off of i-85 near mile marker 40.. went down an embankment and hit a tree.the coroner identified the driver as "william armstrong" from piedmont.he was not wearing a seatbelt.it's not clear what led up to the crash. 3 a second deadly crash happened in greenville county ararnd 2:00 this morning.this was the scene on white horse road and west blue ridge drive.troopers say a pickup truck tried to turn left in front of a tractor trailer, when they collided.the driver of the pickup had to be cut from the vehicle and was taken to the hospital.hissassenger was killed.that person's name has not been released. 3 and in polk county--one lane of i-26 is shut down because of a deadly tractor trailer crash.right now, we don't have many details.. but we're told the accident happened around 2:30 this morning.i-26 east at exit 59 is down to one lane while troopers investigate.the road is expected to reopen by 10:00 this morni
