the moisture is making its way in to western virginia, portions of western maryland, moving into somethe northern counties as well like frederick and carroll county. on the back end we're seeing a lot of moisture that's moving out of the west virginia area. frostburg they already have 3 inches of snow. as far as other places, where kim basey was, they had a trace of snow. they should get some more in the next couple of hours. temperatures around the area. some places it's reached 40 or more. college park, annapolis at 41. eastern shore, some of the warmer spots. ocean city 42. greater baltimore area parkton right on freezing at 32, westminster, frostburg they are at 27 degrees and probably stay there for much of the day. as far as the winter weather advisory remains in effect as it has all morning until 6:00 this evening except for baltimore city and baltimore county and the entire eastern shore except for cecil county as well. watch it there on 95 through hartford and cecil counties. current weather shows that pretty well defined rain/snow line passing south of the greater baltimore
