the scene, the westfield montgomery shopping mall. december 10th around lunchtime, a 24-year-old woman goes to the guess store to buy jeans. a male sales associate leads her to the dressing room. there he asked her to try on new metallic pants just for him. she says she hesitantly agreed. the woman says she looks down and sees the sales associate's shoes under the dressing room door. between the shoes, a cell phone. a cell phone that he's using to take video of her. she gets upset, opens the door. he then puts his foot over the cell phone. >> she didn't want to directly confront him. gave him an excuse so he would leave and go back to the sales floor. she got her original clothing back on, went out, completed a purchase, left the store, then a few hours later, called the police. >> reporter: police went to the guess store and retrieved surveillance video from the dressing area. it shows that sales associate crouching down near the bottom of the dressing room door in an apparent attempt to see the woman disrobing. arrested. he's 18 yea

police arrested the sales associate at the guess clothing store in the westfield mall. a 24-year-old shopper told police gonzalo garcia tried to take video of her with a cell phone as she was undressing. detectives confiscated garcia's cell phones and a computer from his home to see if there are additional victims. >>> two men are facing charges as police say they attacked a police officer at the occupy d.c. camp site. police responded toe report of a man assaulting a woman at mcpherson square when he was kicked in the groin. he was taken to the hospital, but we haven't gotten word on his injuries. it's not clear whether the two people are affiliated with the occupy d.c. movement. >>> this morning waiting test results on a batch of infant formula walmart removed from its stores. walmart pulled the enfamil brand formula from its shelves voluntarily as they investigate the death of a missouri boy who ingested the formula. its manufacturer says the batch the baby had consumed tested negative for the bacterium suspected in his death. the formula has not yet been recalled. >
