it is not the weston tolls any more. it is the weston artist formerly known as tolls. i don't know. they are not taking your money any more and large construction area in the middle of the interchange between the pike and obviously we are right by the night when electronic tolling system took over collecting your money, crews went to work right away and actually a little ahead of schedule. they are pulling down the center lane tollbooth at this point and they are even filling in, there was a tunnel underneath him, filling that in, they are repaving the roadways, getting those center lanes ready to take over the bulk of the traffic which won't be for another few weeks. they are working hard to get things done. that's pushing all the that's why we are seeing the different traffic patterns julie was mentioning from above in sky fox and that's why we are seeing folks slowing down more than usual to what is supposed to be 15 miles per hour. i won't lie to you and say everybody is going 15 miles per hour but we are seeing a slowdown here as people try to cope with different traffic patter
