in our last hour we had the ceo of weyerhaeuser. they do lumber about. they do building products.k at some prices and we aggregated the jump in commodity prices and material costs. look at soft wood lumber up 30% just year-over-year. drywall, 17% jump. tar roofing, everything from concrete to drywall really jumping. how do, i guess swallow, that, absorb it and not make it so pricey that the students themselves can't pay for it? >> if you look over the years we've had the business, there has been back in 2007, certainly there was very high costs of materials. we're seeing a return to those kind of pricing levels. we had great returns during that period. and so for us, one of the things that differentiates us, liz, we own and operate a captive general contractor and captive wholesale supplier. we're buying these materials and our labor at a cost less than we would if we didn't have that. we've been able to mitigate that to some extent. liz: good for you that is a very important point. i'm glad you brought that up. the stock is jumping about 13% year-to-date. ccg is the ticker symbol
