we're at fisherman's wharf.ty quiet, but usually a few hours from now, there's more tourists walking around. one of the restaurants here that's been here since 1935, this one we're talking about could face eviction. its future is very uncertain after the owner got an eviction notice from the port of san francisco. the port of san francisco owns and manages the entire block where this restaurant and several others are located here in fisherman's wharf. the san francisco business times reports that the port claims fisherman's grotto owns owes more than. $300,000 in unpaid rent. the owner of fisherman's grotto also owns another restaurant right around the corner called tarantino's. it also got an eviction notice from the port for owing more than 140,000 in unpaid rent. tarantino's has a long history here at fisherman's wharf as well. it opened back in 1946, but it has been closed for a while. this morning there's graffiti on the windows and metal bars blocking the front door. according to the san francisco business
